WHAT IS FLIPPED CLASSROOM?   It is learning strategy in which students learn at their homes with help of videos and online sources. Instead of introducing new material in class and assigning homework for practice. Students first learn the content at home—often through videos, readings, or online resources. In this instructional approach: ·          Students watch lectures, videos or complete readings at home before class. ·      In-class time is used for discussions, group work, hands on activities, problem solving and collaborative projects. ·         Teacher provides guidance, feedback and support.   Generally this approach focuses to enhance student engagement and understanding as well as it makes teachers capable to provide more personalized support and address individual learning requirements.
